How do I make a cat and 2 dogs not hate each other?

I have a very temper mental cat named Sadie and we just got 2 dogs. I love Sadie and she's me in cat form but she HATES the dogs! She hisses and scratched them, which is weird because she is never mean to us. They are BIG dogs (golden retriever and lab) and she is fat. She never comes out of the basement anymore. How do I make them best friends? Or just be able to tolerate each other?
