Why am I so sick (please help)?

O.K. on Sunday I woke up with a really sore throat and I could barley talk, breath or eat. And I had a little bit of a cold and I was very tired. This morning I woke up with REALLY REALLY REALLY sore throat. I was coughing. I feel really tired. I can't get comfortable (sitting, laying anything). I feel like my body is shutting down on me. And my body hurts all over. And I feel like I can't breath. I am literally trying to get ai, but it hurts so bad. And I have these random attacks of mive pain. And I am really stuffed up. What could be wrong with me? I had this same thing happen back in August and I was like this for a week and then the next week I was just very tired and drained, but this time it's worse, but last time I went to the hospital and I was tested for swine flu and strep throat and they both came back negative. What could be wrong with me? I am really sick here!
