Are EMU boots better than UGG Australia boots. . . EMUs are more expensive?

I was searching around for UGGs and came across EMU boots on sale for $75 at Macy's (the regular price was $144, as UGGs are regular $140, for the same model). The model I am hoping to get are (in UGG format) Clic short in chocolate. I was wandering if EMU boots are better quality because they are more expensive (I know, not by much, but they are more expensive)? BTW: I am NOT getting them for the name brand, I want comfort and warmth because I am going to wear them quite a lot! And please, NO answers like "neither" or "uggs are UGGly!"
