Fleece hunting jackets?

Im looking to buy a hunting jacket for deer hunting season in Nov. though Dec. I will be hunting in CT. Im wondering if this will keep me warm enough wile wearing a base layer and possibly a thin sweat shirt under it. Does anyone have any pros or cons on fleece hunting jackets?
