I am a blind woman, and my friend just told me the guy I've been dating is really fugly. Should I dump him?

Unless he was completely up front with you about the level of his ugliness, I'd say it's time to cut ties and move on. Not being honest with you would show him to be a very deceitful person and I doubt you would ever really be able to trust him again. It's bad enough that you have to bite the bullet and date an otherwise undatable person, but for him to be a liar on top of it is inexcusable.
