Is it psychosis, or is it paranormal?

Okay so a few of the phenomenon that I've experienced are a centaur scaring me and visitin me in my dream state commandime me to chop off my long flowing locks, so I did and it was not a dream, it was real. At that time there was the sould of a Japanese man residing within my body as some sort of symbiotic thing. And in my dreams I was visited by a guy on an alligator who said his name was Saleos and that he was leaving and was taken his legions with him and then I kind of got better. (Hence the my sn Saleos) Anyway, I had to go to the psychiatrist because I heard voices of sorts and saw these things and had these things happen. He said that it was severe psychosis and my family believed him because he wrote a book and is ranked really high in the nation as a child and adolescent psychiatrist. What I want to know is, is this really psychosis because I think it is paranormal activity because it is getting worse with the night terrors and all that and I am not taking medication since it got better and I don't want to.
