Should there be a congressional hearing on athletes like Ben Roethlisberger & Favre doing misconduct on women?

No. Dealing with these incidents is the business of local law enforcement departments where laws have been violated, and the disciplinary processes of the leagues and teams involved. Congress has no business horning in just because a hearing would draw TV cameras.
