What can I do to earn more. I am an engineer. I am going to take PE exam.?

However I dont want to practice PE, because it is lot of responsibility. And I dont want to be always before computer. So, i want to do something more, like managing. or else, something like taking some cl which could increase my pay. As I am engineer in construction, I want to know which cl could help. Right now I work on Auto CAD.
