30 year old male trying hard to lose weight need help!!?
well...sir, you have put on a little bit of muscle since you have changed your diet and excercise. That is normal for a man. One thing i would definitley suggest to you is cutting out your latest meal of the day and replacing it with a protein shake or smoothie. Also keep a calorie counter....count the calories you put into your body and the calories you burn (with a pedometer) as long as you are burning more calories than you are taking in you are on the right road!!! Good luck getting thinner...and remeber to keep a positive attitde, it is very easy to get discouraged!!!!
