Could Alexander the Great have taken better care of his health . . . AND still have conquered the known world?

You make it sound like you know him personally when not much is known about him at all. First of all he had little Choice in the matter, he was bitten by a mosquito or a spider and died of the infection from it so, he didn't have much choice did he?
