What is the rap/hip-hop song that has a beat like na na na goodbye?

The song doesn't actually say those words but has the beat to it and I can't make out the words. It sounds like "elay...elay" (or something similar) with a deep rap voice to the beat of the na na na song. The play it at every Steeler game if that helps. I searched every other answer on here with that question and nobody seems to no the answer and every artist they provided was wrong.
