Speeding ticket JOL driver, second offense?

I got a speeding ticket on a JOL a year ago. After losing my license for 90 days I got it back but I wasn't 18 when I got it. I got it on March 27, 2009. Last night I got another speeding ticket March 19. I'm 8 days away from getting my full time license. If I bring the ticket to court what are my chances of keeping my licenses??? This also would be the second offense. If state trooper doesn't show up to court will the ticket be dismissed, and off my record????
