Where to download Music , Movie and etc...?

well , i got a new problem here , where now im using mac which mean macintosh operating system , well previously using windows , and to download music , movie all of them i download from Ares , but now i dont know where to download music , movies thats virus-free because macintosh cannot read ares. anyone ? do help me. and now i have a long list to download because i havent download things since january.
