I have a yellowish goo that keeps reappearing on my testicles?

Everyday now for the past about 4-5 days this yellowish thick goo that looks like a "loogie" from your nose appears on the sides of my testicles and if i wipe it off in about a half hour it comes back. and i looked it up and i dont have any diseases but i do have psoriasis on the sides of my testicles and i wasn't sure if thats what it might have been? can anyone please help?
