I have a real estate rental business, llc?

i know its best to separate your personal and business dealings. that's why you have a llc, but i find the some places want to charge you more to set up a business account and some just make it hard for you to get it example ez p so can we deduct business exp from utilities and other account if we just keep it in our personal names. It seems to be cheaper and easier to do.
